Data of customers who delete their account will be deleted 30 days after account deletion.

9. Account Deletion Requests

When you request to delete your account, we take your privacy and data security seriously. Upon receiving your request, we will begin the process of permanently deleting your personal data from our systems.

 

 

1. Data Retention Period: From the date we receive your delete account request, we will retain your personal data for a period of 30 days. This retention period allows us to ensure that all necessary administrative processes are completed and provides an opportunity for you to retract your request if made in error.

2. Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day retention period, your personal data will be permanently deleted from our active databases and backups. This means that all identifiable information associated with your account will be removed, and you will no longer be able to access any data or services related to your account.

Exceptions: Certain data may be retained beyond the 30-day period if required by law or if there are legitimate business interests, such as resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, or complying with legal obligations. In such cases, the data will be retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill those purposes.
